Lawrence Mantin worked on my team as a web developer and designer. His technical skills are excellent and his work ethic is outstanding. Lawrence was able to contribute to the success of projects almost immediately. It did not take him long to understand and adept to the system environment. He read training manuals and books to learn how to use software that he had not been exposed to.

Lawrence works quickly and effectively to deliver projects on time. He will go the extra mile to make sure he finishes on time, and is also willing to help others on the team to be successful. Lawrence was a mentor to one of our junior team members. He assisted him in learning HTML and creating web pages.

Lawrence is also able to work directly with the user/customer and comprehend their requirements. He has a very pleasant manner that the users warm up to quickly.

I would highly recommend Lawrence for permanent or contract employment.

Lawrence Mantin worked on several data base projects for me during his tenure here at TV Guide. I was very pleased both with his technical expertise and his creative thinking in project problem resolution.

In particular, he created an easy-to-use Access database for me that allowed me to comply with various Federal Communications Commission reporting requirements easily and simply. To accomplish this, he took a wide variety of data from unrelated sources, investigated a variety of options (that I had not considered on my own) and provided me with several options before recommending a final course of action.

Lawrence is efficient and pleasant. Most important to me, he did not over promise. He delivered what he said he would. I was very sorry to lose his expertise.
